Questions
- What does the free trial include?
- Everything in Pro for 7 days. You add a card at checkout but are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from your account page. One trial per person.
- What stays free?
- The academy, Market Replay, strategy playbooks, glossary, news terminal, market intel, journal, position calculator, session clock and economic calendar. You can also run the backtester demo (the 10:00 AM Power of 3 on Micro Nasdaq) up to 10 times a day.
- How does the prop-firm test work?
- It takes the trades from your backtest, rescales them to the risk you would take on the funded account, and plays them through the evaluation rules you enter: profit target, max loss (trailing or static), daily loss limit and minimum days. You get the pass rate starting on every historical day and across 2,000 reshuffled runs.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account page and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. UK and EU customers can also cancel within 14 days of the first payment for a refund; see the refund policy.
- Is a good backtest a guarantee?
- No. Backtests are hypothetical and cannot model everything that happens in live trading. Pro exists to make it harder to fool yourself, not to promise results. Nothing on TradeBolt is financial advice.
